Written and performed by Terry Burrell, "Ethel!" is a one woman show about the life and music of Jazz performer Ethel Waters. Ethel had it's world premiere performance February 2012 at the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia and was later performed at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival in Montgomery, Alabama. Terry sings the classics, Stormy Weather, Am I blue, and Heat Wave as she recounts stories from Ethel's life and career.
