Artist Bio
Rita Squitiere is a Costume Designer for Film, Commercial, Theatre, and Dance. She started her career in the early 2000s designing dance & teamwear for mass market in the US & Australia for the company "A Wish Come True". She has since pursued her passion for film and received her Masters of Fine Arts in Costume Design.
Her latest design credits include The Nomads starring Tika Sumpter, Tate Donovan, & Raekwon. The Virtuoso starring Anthony Hopkins, Anson Mount, & Abbie Cornish. Pope: the Most Powerful Man in History, produced by Glass Entertainment Group for CNN covering 2,000 years of history and the papacy. Cold Turkey, an independent feature film produced by Burn Later Productions & Midway Films, written/ directed by Will Slocombe, starring Peter Bogdanovich, Cheryl Hines, Alicia Witt, & Sonya Walger. Romantic comedy Slow Learners, directed by Don Argott & Sheena Joyce, starring Adam Pally, Sarah Burns, Reid Scott and many more. Commercials clients have included Mountain Dew, Google Pixel 2, UBER, Dietz & Watson, & Lowe's.
Recent Wardrobe Supervising credits include M. Night Shyamalan's Split & Glass & the STX produced 21 Bridges.
